Chenin Blanc 2018

Pears, limes and fresh granny smith apples become acquainted with a slight hint of mineral salt in this classically dry, acid-wealthy chenin blanc. The wine is still young, so if you prefer a more rounded style chenin, it is recommended that you cellar it for a few months to a few years. Otherwise it is already the perfect accompaniment to a goat cheese summer salad or grilled fish with lemon and asparagus.
